For those in Houston, or anywhere for that matter, Movie Cube is a great new service that allows you to get DVD rentals from a vending machine, and it seems to be taking off all over the US.
During these tough economic times, it can be hard to fork out the cash for any entertainment, so DVD renting is usually out of the picture. Well Movie Cube’s new system makes rentals available to anyone for just $1.
Most DVD machines are placed in convenient places like near the local store, gas station etc. All you need to do is pop in your credit card, use the onscreen interface to select a DVD, type in your email address and the DVD will be dispensed like a bag of chips. A receipt will be sent to your email address, and once you return the DVD to the kiosk your card will be charged $1. Yep that’s $1 DVD rental!
Right now MovieCube is only being tested in Houston and a few other markets, but if all goes well, you’ll be seeing them pop up in all 50 states.

Hi
I recently rented two movies in venice florida and was charged
for 5 movies don’t understand why. charges are still pending
in my checking account, could you explain why.

This company is bogus! Beware! They have them in grocery stores and everywhere. Your children and teenagers can access Rated R movies here!!!! No one monitors them….

this is bs! i returned my movies, which i only rented two like three weeks ago and they charged me $76! not worth a dollar a day if theyre going to be doing scams like this.
